# Gear Conditions

Gears have the possibility of coming with various Conditions that applies modifiers to their stats.  
Most stat applications are positive, but some have a neutral or negative effect.  
A gear can only have up to two of such modifiers. Which modifiers are applied determines the quality of the item.
