HERC Supply Box

Having left the city in a rush, HERC has left caches of their valuable supplies behind that survivors can take and open for themselves, should they deem the possible prize worthy of investment.

The boxes are serialized, with their names containing two numbers: the first denotes its grade, with higher grades only dropping at higher levels and thus needing a higher level keycard to unlock, and the second number is its series, the number incrementing with each version of box released.
