Fuel

Fuel is the premium currency of the Dead Zone Revive.

How to Obtain

Like all resources, fuel can be scavenged in the Dead Zone, but is found in much lower quantities. The F.U.E.L. Generator can also produce fuel, but only after being stocked with Wood, Metal and Cloth. This Generator itself can be raided by hostile players, taking the fuel within, but the fuel already in the player's storage cannot be raided.

Both Supply Boxes and Reward Boxes have a chance of of a fuel reward inside. The Survivor Requests that come every 46 hours also reward the player with fuel should they complete the task in time.

The Bounty Office is another source of fuel. Players who have recently been raided can place a bounty on the raider's head, giving an incentive for other players to take their vengeance. Prospecting bounty hunters can claim the bounty by downing the leader of the bountied compound. The Bounty Office takes a 10% cut of the bounty reward in order to curb fuel laundering.

Uses

The Store sells items such as weapons, gear, clothing, and books costing varying amounts of fuel depending on the value of the specific item.

The player can also buy resources, treat injuries, and speed up tasks directly by using fuel, with an increasing cost for higher amounts.

Most crafting costs fuel, with exceptions being the low-grade medical items. Upgrading weapons and gear costs fuel proportional to the item's level and quality.
