How to Obtain:

• Level 20 Normal variants might be obtained by opening Level 23 HERC Tactical Response Supply Boxes.
• Level 20 Normal variants might be obtained by opening Re-Released HERC Tactical Response Supply Boxes.
• Level 20 Normal variants might be obtained by opening certain Re-Re-Released HERC Tactical Response Supply Box variants.

Crafting:

• The weapon can be upgraded up to level 25.

Overview:

PROS:
- Accurate (vs other SMGs)
- Fully-Automatic
- Large Magazine
- High RoF

CONS:
- Low Damage (vs equivalent level weapons)
- Short Effective Range
- Reloads Slowly (vs other SMGs)
- Only available through HERC Tactical Response Supply Boxes

TACTICS:
Basically a higher level PDW-M with improvements in every aspect, this is a powerful weapon to wield. Compared to other SMGs, this weapon has higher accuracy and a slightly faster rate of fire. However, it still wields the same weaknesses as other SMGs, namely low damage and a short effective range. Otherwise, this is a rather effective all-around weapon.
Recommended gear:
- Ammunition Mod increases the damage dealt.
- Extended Mags allows it to fire more rounds before having to reload. Some variants will also speed up its reloads.
- Glasses increases its low effective range, with some variants increasing accuracy as well.

BACKGROUND:
The rate of infected population has increased drastically since the original PDW-M platform was issued to HERC operatives for use in contested areas. Reports on the field have expressed a desire to alleviate the weapon's shortcomings, resulting in a design that is specially configured to fire high-velocity bottleneck cartridges; improving its capability as a CQB weapon for the organization's interests in contested zones.
Due to its high price and confidential construction, distribution of this variant is limited only to those with security clearance.
