Tactics Manual

Tactics Manuals are temporary items that gives the compound's survivors temporary boosts, much like books. Unlike books however, they can only be crafted by using fuel and tactics pages obtained from recycling unused books. Only one tactic manual can be equipped at a time.

Crafting tactics manuals increases the player's Tactics Planning skill, which allows them to craft manuals with greater positive effects.
