Weapon Attachments and Conditions
Weapons have the possibility of coming with various Attachments and/or Conditions that apply modifiers to their stats.
Most stat applications are positive, but some have a neutral or negative effect.
A weapon can only have up to two of such modifiers. Which modifiers are applied determines the quality of the item.
