How to Obtain:

• It can be scavenged during Level 56+ missions.
• There is a chance of being rewarded an Elite, Rare, or Unique version by opening the Island Raid Haul.

Crafting:

• The weapon can be upgraded up to Level 60.

Overview:

PROS:
- Fully-Automatic
- High RoF
- Good Damage
- Large Magazine
- Reloads Quickly (vs other Pistols)
- Accurate (vs other Pistols)
- Low Ammo Cost

CONS:
- Low Knockback
- Low Effective Range (vs other Pistols)

TACTICS:
A high-level variant of the G-18 which deals low damage, but offers decent accuracy. Its high rate of fire will lay down a significant amount of lead over its target but not the necessary to kill it. Survivors equipped with this gun will be good backup should the infected get too close.
Recommended gear:
- Weapon Cleaning Kits improves fire control, lowering the average required shots to down an infected target.
- Extended Mags allow the weapon to keep fire on a target for a longer duration without needing to reload.
- Ammunition Mods increase the weapon's ability to capacitate a target.
- Holsters increase the weapon's ballistic effect and streamlines the reloading process.
- Glasses increases the weapon's engagement range, with some variants aiding the wearing in successfully striking their target.

BACKGROUND:
Essentially an upgrade of an automatic version of the G17, the P-19 EX was developed by HERC armorers to provide better self-defense against the ever-stronger infected waves. Classified as a machine pistol, the P-19 has been equipped with a number of modifications to allow greater control over its very rapid fire. Regardless, it is incredibly difficult to fire effectively at anything other than extremely short ranges.
Issued to several HERC operatives for testing.
